Download your hangouts chat history from Google Takeout make sure to only select "Google Hangouts"! This parser does not work with Google Chat!
Extract the file called Hangouts.json from the ZIP file you downloaded You will find it in the "Hangouts" subfolder
Select the json file: you can zip it for a faster upload, but do not upload the original zip file as it contains all attachments!
